Refunds

Overview

At Arul Vasthu, we are committed to delivering genuine, result-oriented Vasthu consultancy services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and trust in the consulting relationship.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Clients are eligible for a refund if they do not experience any noticeable improvement or results from the Vastu consultation within a minimum of 6 months and up to a maximum of 1 year from the date of consultation.
  • Results may include improved harmony, stability, business growth, or other outcomes as outlined during consultation.

Conditions

  • A valid proof of consultation (receipt or invoice) must be provided to process the refund.
  • Refunds apply only to consultation services. Digital content, reports, or additional materials provided during the consultation are non-refundable.
  • Clients must demonstrate that they have implemented the recommendations provided during the consultation. Refund requests will not be considered if the advice was not acted upon.

Refund Process

  1. Submit your refund request in writing to arulvasthugrowth@gmail.com along with proof of purchase.
  2. Our team will review the case and may request supporting details (such as evidence of implementation).
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Failure to follow or implement the recommendations provided during the consultation.
  • Requests made before 6 months of applying the Vastu remedies.
  • Requests made beyond 1 year from the consultation date.
  • Services purchased at discounted or promotional rates.
