At Arul Vasthu, we are committed to delivering genuine, result-oriented Vasthu consultancy services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and trust in the consulting relationship.
Eligibility for Refund
- Clients are eligible for a refund if they do not experience any noticeable improvement or results from the Vastu consultation within a minimum of 6 months and up to a maximum of 1 year from the date of consultation.
- Results may include improved harmony, stability, business growth, or other outcomes as outlined during consultation.
Conditions
- A valid proof of consultation (receipt or invoice) must be provided to process the refund.
- Refunds apply only to consultation services. Digital content, reports, or additional materials provided during the consultation are non-refundable.
- Clients must demonstrate that they have implemented the recommendations provided during the consultation. Refund requests will not be considered if the advice was not acted upon.
Refund Process
- Submit your refund request in writing to arulvasthugrowth@gmail.com along with proof of purchase.
- Our team will review the case and may request supporting details (such as evidence of implementation).
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Failure to follow or implement the recommendations provided during the consultation.
- Requests made before 6 months of applying the Vastu remedies.
- Requests made beyond 1 year from the consultation date.
- Services purchased at discounted or promotional rates.
